Grass-fed cattle are regarded as healthier than grain-fed, but can the same be said of milk coming from grass-fed cows? That’s a question that numerous researchers from different universities sought to answer. What they found confirmed what grass milk farmers had been telling them for years: Grass-fed cows did indeed produce more nutritious milk. Specifically, they produced milk that had more heart-healthy nutrients.
