Dry Fruits: Properties and Benefits (Does not Grease)

Dried fruit is a kind of fruit with or without shell subjected to natural drying, so in the sun, or in dryers. However, commonly referred to as “dried fruit” is meant only nuts, namely nuts, almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, and other types of seeds. While rich in fat, the dried fruit has many other beneficial nutrients, without considering that much of the fat inside it is essential omega-3 fatty acids.
